We came to town from San Antonio to visit the University of North TX campus for a college visit. This was a perfect hotel to stay at because of the convenience to the campus, the room was excellent (having a separate bedroom with a pullout couch and a kitchen), and the proximity to a Buc-ee’s to get snacks and gas up before heading back home.

We particularly loved how clean the rooms are. I have very sensitive allergies, which get very irritated while traveling and staying in hotels but my allergies were not affected while staying in this hotel because it was so clean. The breakfast at this hotel is Amazing. So many options and delicious. The check in process was quick and easy. The hotel itself is very updated and nice. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great location! Very clean! The only thing we didn’t like is that we were not told about a pet deposit up front, then got to the site and they wanted a $100 non-refundable pet deposit. After discussing with the manager that we were not told she let us through with a $50 deposit. I still think that is pricey but more doable. Maybe more of a refundable deposit would be nice especially if the room looks to be in good shape?

I appreciated the QUIET and clean room received on top floor, end of hall. Staff was very accomodating as was the manager. Will definitely stay again.

The breakfast had a variety daily and was delicious! The area to sit and eat breakfast was also very comfortable. The room was huge and comfortable! Will definitely stay at a Marriott again!

We arrived late in the evening and no first-floor rooms were available so all of the ground-floor rooms were taken. The check-in clerk found us a nice 2nd-floor room convenient to the stairs and the dog park. All of the personnel we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Staff from entrance to all maintence, kitchen for breakfast and all maintenance workers were friendly, courteous, helpful when asked. Rooms were perfect , comfortable , noiseless and so very pleasant. Loved my stat there and will return next week❣️

The staff members were professional in every way, and didn’t seem bothered when I asked questions. The washer and dryer is a plus, and I ended up having to use the dryer. The breakfast buffet was awesome with a great selection to choose from.

Staff was very friendly and engaged! Breakfast was great. Bacon was good quality, well cooked and not greasy. Everything was well stocked and neat and tidy. Coffee was good and not too weak although I wouldn’t describe it as bold. I’m one of those weirdos that likes my coffee dark like a French roast. Property has night time security so I felt safe in the parking lot.
